Job Details: Job Location: West Olympia - Olympia, WA, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $17.13 - $17.13Hourly, Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service, General Responsibilities The Barista: Helps to maintain positive staff morale Ensures excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience Participates in store development Stays knowledgeable about products   On Bar Duties   Standard bar operation during 3-5 shifts each week. Perform close/open procedures. Consistently and efficiently prepare excellent quality beverages Provide genuine, quality customer service and foster a welcoming and pleasant cafe environment Maintain a well organized and clean cafe     Qualifications: Desired Characteristics   Passionate about coffee, great work ethic, and a desire to become more involved with Olympia Coffee Roasting Co. Demonstrates leadership in technical barista skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills in a variety of situations. Highly knowledgeable and open to learning new things.
