Complete online multi-point inspection report • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. • Perform maintenance and repair work on a wide range of Fords as well as other Makes and Models. • Communicate directly with the Service Advisors and/or management so that customers are informed of any repairs or service that is needed. • Provide an estimate of time needed for initial and additional repairs. • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Complete all warranty documentation to factory standards, return warranty parts and cores per manufacturer. REQUIREMENTS: • Experienced in medium duty repairs • Are a fast learner • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Have excellent customer service skills • Are a team player • Are computer literate • Have a valid driver’s license QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous MEDIUM DUTY repair experience • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment • Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications • Valid driver's license and clean driving record We are an equal opportunity employer.
