Essential Duties Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, while demonstrating proper phone etiquette and HIPAA compliance Obtaining accident details Properly noting the account and dropping tasks to the correct department Verifying first party claims and status with adjusters Qualifications: High School Diploma and GED Strong Knowledge of computer skills and typing Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Dependable and Detailed individuals with organizational skills Great Communication skills Recommended- 1 or 2 years experience with telephone communications
