Our sales team works around customer demand, including evenings and weekends. • Five scheduled workdays per week • 9–11-hour shifts • Weekend availability is required, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as scheduled • Full flexibility to work morning, daytime, evening, and night shifts, depending on business needs • Two consecutive days off each week, based on the assigned schedule. Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday and Thursday. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Welcome customers, build relationships, and identify their vehicle needs • Present and demonstrate vehicle features and arrange test drives • Help customers explore vehicle options and guide them through the sales process • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism • Participate in required training and perform other assigned duties WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • A natural people-person who enjoys interacting with customers • A self-motivated individual with a competitive spirit • Strong verbal and written communication skills • A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude • Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment • Bilingual candidates are a plus!
