This role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining order, and providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the cafe area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness at all times. - Assist in the coordination of cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the cafe. - Support cafe staff in maintaining inventory and replenishing supplies as needed. - Collaborate with management to implement improvements and enhance the cafe experience. - Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department. - Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons, promoting a positive and inclusive environment. Qualifications: Required Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: - Previous experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a food service environment. - Experience in handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale system.
