Shifts are 8:30am to 2:30pm and are base out of our Saco Office In this role, you will: Provide daily living assistance with tasks like dressing, meal preparation, and personal hygiene. Provide transportation to appointments and community outings. Encourage participation in social activities and hobbies. Help individuals develop life skills and achieve their goals. Qualifications: Qualifications A patient, caring, and positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD. A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs. A high school diploma or equivalent. Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration. Access to a reliable vehicle. The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies Must be able to provide 2 professional references.
