WHAT WE OFFER: • Medical, dental, vision • Wellness program • 401K • Paid Time Off • Training – product, process and technology • Business Development Center to generate leads • Loyal customer database so you get off to a fast start • Career growth RESPONSIBILITIES: • Contact and create appointments from leads via phone, email, chat or text • Perform vehicle demonstrations to showcase features and benefits • Enter information in our CRM product to ensure proper future follow-up • Use CRM product for all customer contact and interactions, therefore keeping the BDC staff up-to-date on customers’ current status • Use CRM retention tool to effectively communicate with customers that may be in a buying position and solicit their business • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers • Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others • Work with management to finalize sales, obtain financing for potential clients, and ensure customer satisfaction REQUIREMENTS: • Proven customer service experience, including CSI • Prior experience in luxury sales preferred but not required • Superior communication and customer service skills • Excellent follow-through skills • Excellent multi-tasking skills • Self-motivated team player • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year ABOUT US Pepe Auto Group believes our success is attributed to our employees.
