Qualifications NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS of Production Technicians Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred. Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English preferred.
