The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join our accounting team in Warrington, PA. You'll keep cash flowing by staying on top of past-due accounts, applying payments accurately, and working with customers and our sales and service teams to resolve billing issues. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexible hours (start as early as 6:30 AM) Pay: Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience Benefits: Medical, dental, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k), and paid time off What You'll Do • Contact customers by phone and email about past-due balances and set up payment arrangements • Post customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) and reconcile the AR ledger • Prepare and review aging reports and assist with month-end reporting • Generate and send invoices and customer statements • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with our sales and service departments • Maintain organized records and documentation What You Bring • 2+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience • Comfort making collection calls while keeping customer relationships strong • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience in construction, equipment, or a dealership is a plus; experience with IntelliDealer or another dealer management system is a strong plus To Apply Apply through this posting and upload your resume.
