What You'll Do • Diagnose and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, and more) per manufacturer standards • Perform routine maintenance and get-ready service on pre-owned inventory • Complete repair orders efficiently to maximize flat-rate flag hours • Communicate clearly with service advisors on diagnoses, timelines, and parts needs • Keep accurate documentation of work performed • Maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant bay What We're Looking For • Experience as an automotive flat-rate technician (ASE certification a plus) • Own tools appropriate to the role • Valid driver's license (required) • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume shop Shaker Auto Group has been in business for nearly a century — starting with our grandfather's repair shop near a local farmer's market in Waterbury, CT, and growing into six dealerships and eight brands across Connecticut and Massachusetts.
