Job Details: Job Location: Sacramento - Sacramento, CA, Education Level: Juris Doctor Degree, Salary Range: $190000.00 - $300000.00Salary/year, MHS is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of wage-and-hour litigation experience, including substantial class and PAGA experience, to join our labor and employment practice defending employers in complex wage-and-hour class and PAGA actions. This ideal candidate would be a senior associate and/or of counsel who can take substantial responsibility for complex matters, contribute meaningfully to litigation strategy, and handle sophisticated assignments while working collaboratively with partners, associates, and clients. Candidates should have excellent legal writing and analytical skills and significant experience managing class and PAGA litigation.
