License/Registration/Certification NAMSS Certification as a Certified Professional Medical Service Manager (CPMSM) or Certified Credentials Specialist (CPCS) or actively pursuing and ability to become certified within one year of hire. Education and Training Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field required. Skills Ability to supervise others to ensure accomplishment of Medical Staff Office requirements. Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
