Job Details: Job Location: Hickory Chair - Hickory, NC, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Position Summary The Swatch Clerk is responsible for producing swatches and labeling them.  Additionally, the Swatch Clerk may assist with finish chips.   Position Details Apply new grade labels to swatches Pull swatch sets and prepare for shipping. Cut, serge, sew, label, and grommet swatches, as assigned. Assist with finish chips. May assist in Market preparation, as needed. Must follow all safety policies and procedures. Assist with other Swatch department duties as needed. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Position Requirements Ability to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions required Basic math skills required Must have basic knowledge of computer programs Prior experience in a fabric swatch department a plus but not required Good communication and decision-making skills are required   Physical Requirements The physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
