Candidates must have the following: • Automotive sales background preferred • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment • Strong written and communication skills • Steady work history and the commitment • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person") • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Valid U.S. Driver's license. • Background Check. Responsibilities: • Assisting customers, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs • Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and vehicle features • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals By working at a Ford dealership, you can be a part of a brand that honors the past, and is invested in the future.
