Keep your evenings and mornings. Anderson has owned and operated our Abingdon dealership since 2023, and our sales team is growing. You don’t need car sales experience to join us. If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, or any kind of sales, you already know how to take care of people. Our training program covers everything else. Your earnings This position is paid 100% on commission. You’ll earn a percentage of the gross profit on each new and used vehicle you sell, with a minimum commission on every vehicle, plus commission on the finance and protection products your customers choose. Strong months pay more: • Monthly volume bonuses: $500 to $2,500 when you deliver 10 or more vehicles in a month. • Year-end bonus: $10 to $18 for every vehicle you deliver over the year. Your first 8 weeks: While you train, you’re paid whichever is higher: your commissions or $800 per week, calculated each two-week pay period. If the guarantee is higher, the difference is yours. You never repay it from future commissions. Typical Pay range: $32,000 – $130,000 per year Your schedule We built our schedule so car sales doesn’t take over your life (unless you want it to): • Five days a week, every week, with a scheduled day off. • Shifts typically alternate between 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and 12 p.m.–9 p.m., so each week includes free mornings and free evenings. • Saturdays run 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Your role • Welcome customers in the showroom, on the phone, and online, and help them find the right Buick, GMC or Pre-owned car by understanding what they actually need. • Become the go-to expert on our lineup, from trim levels and packages to the latest technology. • Lead test drives and walk customers through each vehicle’s features. • Stay in touch with customers after the sale and build a book of repeat and referral business. • Partner with your Sales Manager on goals, daily activity, and your career growth.
