Benefits • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • 401k • 401K Match • Paid Vacation • Paid Time Off after 90 days Responsibilities: • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening to their needs • Work directly with fellow employees and customers to build lasting relationships and enhance the sales experience • Explain vehicle features, performance, and benefits to prospective buyers • Report regularly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, daily activities, and sales performance • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options • Participate in dealership training and sales meetings • Provide a friendly and positive buying experience from start to finish Requirements: • High energy, enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales workday • Friendly, competitive personality, especially when negotiating pricing or addressing objections • Strong customer service and communication skills • Basic computer and math proficiency • Interest in eventually mentoring new team members and working collaboratively in a team setting • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience a plus Bruner Auto Family is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
