You must have an eye for detail, hold a high level of technological knowledge and performance, and enjoy working with and leading others.  To be successful in this role, you'll need management skills and experience in both the front and back of the house. You must know how to oversee the dining room, check in with customers, and balance seating capacity. We expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Availability to work holiday, nights and weekends.  Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Micros POS and Open Table.  Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling and climbing.  Job descriptions and responsibilities are subject to change depending on business needs.
