What you get to do: This position is responsible for wash, fold, press linens and terry. Provide customers with quality service in a timely and friendly manner. Your day-to-day: Washing of all dirty towels Folding towels and stocking on shelves Pick up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures Clearing the chute of any dirty linen Stock amenity table for afternoon Greet any and all guests with a "Good Morning" (or afternoon, evening) Report any damages, hazards, repairs and strangers in assigned areas Return any items found in guestrooms, hallways or back of the house to the lost and found Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner      Qualifications: Specific experience we're seeking: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
