Benefits • Bonus for efficient production • Fun environment with custom spiffs and cash prizes (we just sent a tech on a cruise for winning an efficiency increase contest!) • Competitive wages • 401K with company match • Employee Discount • Paid Training, If You’re not a KIA Tech now, we’ll make you one! • Paid vacation • Health • Dental • Vision Qualifications • At least 2+ years of Automotive Service Repair required • KIA or Hyundai certifications/experience highly preferred but not required • ASE Certifications highly preferred but, not required • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to pass background check and drug test Responsibilities: • Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards • Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment • Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning • Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications If you love cars and have a passion for people, you may have found your future.
