Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) is hiring for a School-Based Clinician to join our team! At NCSS, School-Based Clinicians offer an array of services addressing a variety of mental health issues within public school settings in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. Licensure supervision can be provided at no cost to you! Key Responsibilities: Diagnostic assessment Treatment planning Individualized therapeutic services Home/school coordination Crisis screenings/intervention Candidates must have: Strong experience working with children & families Excellent diagnostic skills The ability to work both collaboratively and independently The School-Based Clinical Team serves as a referral conduit to connect students and their families to other NCSS Programs. The service model adjusts according to the needs of each participating school. This position is a full-time, 200-day contract that follows the school schedule with some summer responsibilities. School placement is determined during the hiring process by NCSS to ensure a best fit for our clinician and the school system.
