What You’ll Do • Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards. • Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. • Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and customer satisfaction. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues accurately. • Consistently and concisely detail and document repairs to ensure vehicles are fixed right the first time. • Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers. • Continue ongoing training to stay abreast of the new technology and techniques on the vehicle model lines.
