Responsibilities • Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing exceptional customer service. • Assess customers’ vehicle problems and communicate effectively with service technicians. • Explain recommended services and repairs clearly and accurately to customers. • Prepare service estimates and work orders. • Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently to maximize shop productivity. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. • Maintain accurate records of vehicle services and customer interactions. • Stay updated with automotive service trends and technical knowledge.
