This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $5,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operations of the body shop to ensure efficiency and quality workmanship. • Supervise, train, and develop body shop staff to maintain high performance levels. • Coordinate repair schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to repairs or services. • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies and manage relationships with vendors. • Prepare reports on shop performance, budgets, and expenses.
