Automotive Diesel Technician Button CDJR - Chariot Automotive Group Button CDJR in Kokomo, Indiana, is looking for an experienced Automotive Diesel Technician to join our service team. We are seeking a dependable, motivated technician who takes pride in quality work and is committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. Stellantis experience is preferred, but we are open to considering strong diesel technicians with related dealership or OEM experience. Responsibilities: • Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered vehicles accurately and efficiently • Perform engine, transmission, fuel system, electrical, emissions, and drivability repairs • Conduct routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services • Use diagnostic equipment and service information to identify and resolve issues • Complete repair orders and document work performed clearly and accurately • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts staff, and fellow technicians Qualifications: • Previous experience as an Automotive Diesel Technician • Stellantis / Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Ram experience preferred • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Ability to perform diesel engine and drive-train repairs • ASE certifications are a plus • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced shop environment • Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • Busy shop with steady workflow • Paid training and opportunities for advancement • Health, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off • Supportive team environment • Modern equipment and tools Why Join Us?
