This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by effectively managing nursing personnel and resources. Key Responsibilities Assume responsibility for the overall nursing operations during the assigned shift. Predict and assess the needs of the nursing department to ensure smooth operations. Plan, communicate, and coordinate nursing activities to optimize patient care. Direct and evaluate the performance and efficiency of nursing personnel. Support efforts towards the delivery of quality patient care. Foster a collaborative environment by working with and through others to achieve departmental goals.
