Key Responsibilities • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout the entire buying process. • Needs Assessment: Listen to customers to understand their preferences, requirements, and financial considerations. • Product Presentation: Demonstrate features, capabilities, and benefits of both new and pre-owned vehicles. • Sales Process: • Conduct test drives with prospective customers. • Explain financing options, warranties, and after-sale services. • Prepare and complete all necessary documentation for sales transactions. • Follow-Up: Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. • Inventory & Display: Assist in maintaining lot appearance and ensure vehicles are clean, well-presented, and accurately priced. • Market Awareness: Stay informed about current promotions, trade-in values, competitor offerings, and new product releases.
