Job Details: Job Location: UT 3581 S Mountain Vista Pkwy - Provo, UT, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $56160.00 - $81120.00Salary/year, Job Shift: Day, Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Implement safety measures to ensure a safe work environment. Effectively oversee and manage all safety programs and monthly requirements. Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work. Manage warehouse operations including but not limited to: Inbound dock schedule, receipt of goods, storage, and distribution of materials and merchandise. Manage cycle count programs and physical inventories. Manage receiving accuracy and revenue targets associated with receipts. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Ensure Company Policies are followed. Manage employee performance reviews. Conduct daily payroll audits for proper allocation of hours. Ensure a Safe Working environment. Qualifications: Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. Experience managing inbound products, replenishment to pick locations and Cycle Count programs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude. Experience with Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel. Experience operating Forklift, Cherry Picker. Ability to train and develop TEAM members. High School Diploma or GED required, associate's degree or higher preferred. 3+ years of warehouse management experience required.
