Keys To Success: • Experience: 1+ years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry. • Customer Satisfaction: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction (CSI) ratings. • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with customers. • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge: Familiarity with various vehicle makes and service processes is a strong advantage.
