Company Benefits • Health, medical, and dental insurance • Competitive compensation ($18–$30/hour) • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid time off and vacation • Opportunities for growth and advancement • Employee vehicle purchase plans • Long term job stability Responsibilities • Perform work listed on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership procedures • Use diagnostic tools and service equipment; test drive vehicles as needed • Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC • Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding repair status, additional needs, and time requirements Qualifications • Ability to read and understand written instructions and repair information • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team • Comfortable in a fast paced environment • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications • Ability to operate diagnostic equipment; basic computer skills • Maintains a clean and organized work area
