We are looking for individuals with BDC or Equivalent Call Center Experience and the drive to succeed. Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Responsibilities: • Address incoming sales calls • Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase • Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM • Address customer concerns- Understand and maintain product knowledge • Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle • Complete daily work activities • Maintain Customer Satisfaction • Other duties assigned Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Requirements : • Previous call center experience is strongly encouraged • Bilingual a plus!!! • Professional appearance • Extent communication skills • Team oriented • Basic computer skills • Team Velocity experience preferred Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Compensation: This is a full time position and we offer competitive compensation.
