Graff Auto Campus | Used Car Manager Lead the Pre-Owned Operation, and Develop the People Behind It We're looking for a Used Car Manager who can source smart, turn inventory fast, and coach the team around them. You'll run pre-owned acquisition, reconditioning, and merchandising across our Ford and Toyota stores, with the tools and support to do it well. Transparent Pay • Competitive compensation of $100,000 to $160,000 per year, paid bi-weekly What You'll Do • Acquire inventory through auctions, Facebook, and the service drive • Manage an inventory of 150+ used vehicles and keep days' supply within industry standards • Oversee reconditioning with the Reconditioning Manager at the Ford and Toyota stores • Coordinate vehicle transport through our broker-style transport system • Manage wholesale website listings and vehicles entering the wholesale market • Conduct appraisals and support used car sales management • Own lot merchandising, vehicle identification, and certified pre-owned units • Coach and mentor sales consultants on pre-owned product, appraisals, and value What You Bring • Proven experience in used car management, inventory acquisition, and appraisal • Strong organization for managing large inventories • Experience with wholesale websites and vehicle listing platforms • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • A coaching mindset: you develop people, not just manage tasks • Knowledge of certified pre-owned programs preferred Why Graff • A collaborative, team-focused leadership group • Industry-leading tools and a broker transport system • Growth across a five-store group: Graff Ford, Toyota, Kia, and Chevrolet of Chesterton, plus Graff Chevrolet GMC of Michigan City • A culture that recognizes results and invests in developing talent Ready to build something?
