Why You'll Want This Job • Competitive hourly base + commission and performance bonuses ($45K–$68K+ based on performance) • $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days • Health benefits and $100/week childcare reimbursement • Paid time off (1 week sick, 2 weeks vacation) • Paid training with a clear path for growth across Harr Auto Group • Supportive, office-based team environment (not a call center grind) What You'll Do • Be the go-to point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for sales leads • Qualify customers on credit situation, vehicle needs, and timeline • Set and confirm showroom appointments for our sales team • Follow up on unsold and uncontacted leads using proven BDC cadences • Log all interactions in our CRM (DriveCentric) • Hit weekly and monthly appointment and show-rate targets • Join ongoing coaching and training to sharpen your skills What You Bring • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) • Comfortable on the phone in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Strong multitasker with solid computer skills • CRM experience a plus, but we'll train the right person Position Details Department: Business Development Center (BDC) Reports To: BDC Manager Schedule: Full-time, rotating schedule including some weekends Location: Worcester, MA
