Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, located in Dickinson, ND, a Ford Elite Commercial Center, is seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business. Responsibilities: • Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales • Manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts • Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and other department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes • Ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards Requirements: Work Schedule: • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (minimum) • Additional hours will be required based on business needs, customer demands, or special circumstances • Must be able to reliable commute daily to Dickinson, ND. Qualifications: • Automotive, commercial vehicle, equipment, fleet, or strong B2B outside-sales experience preferred.
