In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering top-notch service and take pride in their work. *Wage to be discussed in the interview, varies based on experience.* Job Details: • Wash and clean vehicles both exterior and interior, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and detailing • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure the highest quality of service • Inspect vehicles for any additional cleaning or detailing needs and address them accordingly • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner • Provide information about car wash services and answer any customer inquiries • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash area and equipment • Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on car wash equipment • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Job Requirements: • Great attitude and work ethic • Must have the ability to stand, bend, crouch, lift a brush overhead and lift at least 15 Ibs. • Ability to read and comprehend instructions • Ability to work well with a team • Strong customer service skills • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions Equal Opportunity Statement: Roberson Motors is an equal opportunity employer.
