Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: Building 2 - Romeo, MI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day, D&N Bending is looking for driven, hardworking general laborers to join the team.   The General Laborer performs various operations of assembly, production, inventory while maintaining a clean workstation and adheres to safety procedures and other policies.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Inspection / Attention to detail Learn various operations of assembly, production, inventory, or other departments Machine operation when necessary Gaging parts Packing parts into proper dunnage Creating and attaching label to part and material containers for tracking Communicating quality issues to management Logging production in Plex Prepare parts for packaging and shipping Loading totes and materials onto pallet as assigned Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station Report to other buildings for work when necessary Perform other related duties when assigned Pay: $17/hr Schedule: 6am-4:30pm Monday - Friday.  Some Saturdays as needed.   Benefits Health Vision Dental PTO 401K + match Life Insurance 7 Paid Holidays Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Holiday hams and Turkeys  Career Advancment Qualifications: Education and/or Work Experience Requirements High school degree minimum Good attention to detail Driven and proactive mindset Ability to work independently or in a team, depending on operation Dependable work ethic Strong attendance record  Physical Requirements: Stand, squat, walk, or crouch for 8-10 hours shifts Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds Pass a physical and drug screening Remain alert and focused for extended periods of time
