Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to follow individualized care plans. Document progress and communicate changes in resident condition. Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs while promoting resident independence. Maintain a safe and supportive environment where residents can thrive. Accept CNA assignments as staffing needs require. Perform CNA duties as assigned. Qualifications: Requirements: Active CNA certification in Virginia Previous experience in restorative nursing or rehab setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient, and encouraging demeanor   Why Join Us?
