In this role, you will utilize your expertise in automotive repair and maintenance to ensure high-quality service for our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram customers in Mt Vernon, OH. Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manufacturer-provided diagnostic tools. • Communicate with service advisors to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety standards. • Keep up to date with latest automotive technologies and service bulletins. • Document all services and repairs accurately in the service management system. Requirements • Certified Automotive Technician certification specific to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) vehicles. • Proven experience working with CDJR brands preferred. • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
