As an Automotive Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while delivering an exceptional, professional experience from the first interaction through the sale and beyond. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive earning potential: $60,000–$120,000 per year • 401(k) • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 3 weeks of PTO after 1 year • Mentor program • Career development and advancement opportunities • Supportive team environment What You’ll Do • Build and nurture strong customer relationships with the goal of creating clients for life • Use consultative selling techniques to understand customers’ needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions • Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and provide personalized recommendations • Develop strong knowledge of our new and pre-owned inventory, vehicle features, optional packages, technology, and financing options • Deliver professional, engaging vehicle demonstrations and product presentations • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business • Learn effective strategies for overcoming objections and confidently navigating the sales process • Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the buying journey • Work closely with the Sales Manager to review goals, activities, performance, and opportunities for improvement • Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and “A game” to work every day What We’re Looking For • Ambitious, motivated, and goal-oriented personality • Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to succeed • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Willingness to continuously learn and develop product and sales knowledge • Ability to build trust and create lasting relationships with customers • Professional and well-groomed appearance • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but motivated candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply Grow Your Career With Us We believe in investing in our people.
