Responsible for the delivery of aggregates to job sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer/tanker Communicate daily with dispatch and customers Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concretes mission statement and core values Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others Performs all other related duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Regular attendance is an essential function of this job. Employees must have the ability to report to work on time and on a regular basis. Represent Lauren Concrete in a professional manner in a variety of settings and circumstance Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes Express oneself clearly and concisely Accept responsibility for quality and accuracy of personal work Ability to pass DOT pre-employment Drug screen and background check. Education/Experience One to three years of similar or related experience preferred. Valid State of Texas Commercial Drivers License license required along with a violation-free Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage.
