You’ll work closely with technicians, managers, and customers to deliver excellent service with a focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you'll be an essential part of keeping things running smoothly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Phone and Email Support: Answer incoming office calls and handle service requests received by phone and email. • Service Call Management: Enter service calls into our maintenance system and manage daily scheduling and dispatching of service technicians or third-party partners based on skill and location. • Customer Communication: Send out service quotes, follow up with customers, and maintain consistent communication through phone and email. • Support Team Collaboration: Assist the Service and Environmental Compliance Managers with service-related tasks as needed. • On-Call Technician Coordination: Update the weekly on-call technician schedule through the phone system. Qualifications: What We're Looking For • Experience: No degree required; however, 2 years of relevant experience preferred. • Skills: Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. • Interpersonal: Team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. • Customer-Focused: Outstanding customer service skills, including a friendly and professional phone demeanor. • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers, phones, and office equipment. • Adaptability: Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and innovate where necessary.
