Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Prior experience in food preparation, preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or institutional setting. • Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus). • Ability to follow recipes and diet orders accurately. • Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. • Ability to work in a warm kitchen environment and handle kitchen equipment safely.
