We are seeking to add a highly-motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to handle Volvo service customers' concerns. This position requires excellent communication skills and a high customer service orientation. Candidate must be reliable, dependable, and preferred to have a minimum of 1-year related experience with a high CSI and Sales history. Must possess a valid driver's license and be detailed oriented. What We Offer: • Competitive Benefits Package • Company-Paid Volvo Factory Training • Retirement 401K with *Employee Match up to 6% • Affordable Health and Vision Insurance • Life & Disability Insurance • Professional Work Environment • Supportive OEM • Paid Vacations Service Advisor Responsibilities: • Greeting customers promptly • Obtaining customer and vehicle information • Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer • Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts • Establish follow up time • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently • Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order • Explaining all completed work and charges to customers Requirements: • Minimum 1-year experience in a service advisory role • CDK experience is preferred but not required. • XTime Experience is preferred but not required • Positive attitude • High volume mentality • CSI focused • Required experience: • Service Advisor, Dealership, Automotive Knowledge: 1 year
