Have fun, be excited and make the class your own. Prepare workouts based on the needs and abilities of the participants. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate. Applicant must hold a current Red Cross lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certification, experience preferred. Must have Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances. Mandated Reporter Training within 90 days of hire.' Physical Demands: The aquatics instructor is occasionally required to reach, pull, and push with hands and arms and use legs to lift/move up to 35 lbs.
