The right candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate repair estimates, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and insurance partners. Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care. • Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate estimates using industry-standard software. • Work closely with insurance adjusters to secure approvals and ensure proper documentation. • Communicate repair timelines and updates clearly with customers. • Collaborate with technicians and the body shop team to maintain efficient workflow. • Uphold McGraw Ford’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Previous experience as a collision/body shop estimator preferred. • Knowledge of OEM repair procedures and insurance guidelines. • Strong computer and estimating software skills (CCC, Audatex, or similar). • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
