Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications • Providing video inspections of findings for customers every visit Qualifications • Multiple years of Service Technician experience required • Must possess basic mechanic tools necessary to complete maintenance work • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent • Excellent customer service skills • Basic Computer skills • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Team player • Must have a valid driver’s license • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment • Ensures that customer’s cars are kept clean • The ability to multi task, specifically stopping and proceeding with multiple jobs About the Dealership The Pohanka Family of Dealerships is firmly entrenched in the Washington DC Metro.
