Benefits for Bussers: • Health Insurance for qualified status • Dental Insurance for qualified status • Vision Insurance for qualified status • Life Insurance for qualified status • 401(k) • Complimentary Associate Parking • Complimentary Meal for every shift worked • 25% Discount in Resort Outlets • Hotel Discounts with OPL • Friends and Family Discount at Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa Responsibilities for the Busser: • Set and refresh tables with place settings and linens according to restaurant standards • Rack and stack all dishes and utensils for dishwashing • Prepare condiments and beverages as needed • Assist wait staff with silverware rolling, replenishing drinks, food delivery, and other tasks as assigned • Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area, lounge, and outside areas including sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, and other duties as assigned • Assist in stocking service station with necessary items as needed • Assist in the preparation and breakdown of any special events • Adhere to safety and sanitary procedures • Other duties as assigned Requirements for Busser: • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred • 1+ year in related field of restaurant, banquets, and hospitality is preferred • Stand and walk for extended periods of time • Ability to handle physical activity including bending, lifting up to 25-30 pounds, and other strenuous activities • Must maintain a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to the guest experience Job Details for Busser: • Availability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays • Full Time position • $15.00/hour plus gratuities • Must be able to work onsite The company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.
