Tray runs must be done in detail multiple times per shift • Deliver all amenities prior to check-in • Opening side work to prepare for the day • Closing side work to set the next shift up for success • Process all payments ensuring correct information • Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments • Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook • Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required • Previous experience a plus • Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages The company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.
