The Automotive Internet Sales Representative is responsible for handling online inquiries, engaging with potential customers through digital channels, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive products, and the ability to provide top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to online leads via email, phone, and text to schedule test drives and showroom visits. • Maintain an active online presence, updating vehicle listings and engaging with potential buyers through social media and dealership websites. • Guide customers through the car-buying process, providing information on pricing, financing, and vehicle features. • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless purchasing experience. • Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and encourage repeat business. • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions. • Stay up to date on industry trends, promotions, and new vehicle models. Qualifications & Skills: • 2 Years Previous experience in automotive sales or internet sales preferred. (Required) • Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, phone, and social media). • Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and dealership operations. • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with online customers. • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
