Responsibilities • Answer calls for service department • Perform inbound call and in person appointment scheduling • Work from lists to perform outbound appointment scheduling • Assist Service Staff with vehicle check in as needed. • Assist and train under Service Advisors to fill Advisor position during Vacation and Sick Days. • Commission earned per day filling in. • Create and manage repair orders for Inventory vehicles • Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed. • Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations when needed. • Perform other duties as assigned.
