What You'll Be Doing • Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes • Complete speech-language pathology evaluations and assessments • Develop individualized treatment plans • Address dysphagia, cognitive-communication deficits, speech impairments, language disorders, and voice disorders • Educate patients, caregivers, and family members • Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and case managers • Maintain timely and accurate Medicare-compliant documentation Qualifications • Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred • Minimum one year of clinical experience • Home health experience preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in the field • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license About Always Best Care Always Best Care is a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency serving patients throughout Oahu.
